Every product listed on our site (with the exception of DesignYOs) is already made and ready to ship.
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
If you do not get an order confirmation immediately, there’s a problem! Check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there, please check your registration information on our website to be sure that your email address is correct. In the same place, check your order history for a record of the order. If your order is not in your order history, then your order did not get placed and your credit card did not get charged. If the order is in your account history, don’t worry, we have your order. If your email addy is incorrect & you would like it updated, please email us.
All orders will ship free via First Class Mail unless another option is chosen at checkout.
We ship daily Monday thru Friday.
Orders received by 9am will ship same day.
We ship through the US Post Office mostly because we are located in a rural community. If you need to have your order shipped via FedEx or USPS, email us.
An email with tracking information will be sent the day your order is shipped.
International orders can be shipped via USPS International First Class, Priority Mail International, or Express International.
Tracking is not available for First Class shipments. The Post Office does not guarantee arrival at any particular time. Customs seem to take longer for First Class mail.
Priority shipments have limited tracking and expedited arrival, typically within 2 weeks. Once a shipment leaves the country we can not track it down. The speed of its arrival depends on how fast it gets through your country’s customs procedure. We have done what we can to speed this process up by clearly labeling the contents.
